Do I think this will be for war. not at all but I think it will be used to peacefully disarm and or disable the USA  if they do not listen well it could be used as a bargaining chip later when China rises to world influence with Russia

Beginning confirmation of Google Wallet

There is a waging battle between bit coin and other crypto currencies yet regulators have taken down MT  Gox who was generated out of Japan and they filed for bankruptcy,

the edge and negative connotation of Bit coin has had its day and has opened to door to accept a electronic currency and I still believe that is Google Wallet
